This jasmine tea is developed by Xie Dagao, a recognized inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage technique for producing Hengxian jasmine tea. It is made from tender early-spring buds and leaves of high-quality tea plants, blended with carefully selected Hengxian jasmine flowers, and processed using traditional intangible cultural heritage techniques. The tea is characterized by its elegant jasmine aroma, mellow and sweet taste, and a clear, yellow-green liquor.
Brewing Method:
1. Glass Cup Preparation : Rinse a transparent glass cup with hot water, then discard the water. This helps warm the cup and enhance the tea’s fragrance.
2. Add Tea Leaves : Place an appropriate amount of tea leaves (approx. 3-4g) into the cup.
3. Rinse/Wake the Tea : Pour a small amount of hot water (85-90°C) into the cup, just enough to cover the tea leaves.
4. Steep and Enjoy : Let it sit for 1-2 minutes until the tea leaves slowly sink to the bottom. Sip slowly while enjoying the aroma. When one-third of the tea liquor remains in the cup, replenish with hot water to maintain the consistency of the flavor.
