Tea Characteristics
Crafted from pre-Qingming leaves sourced from ecological tea gardens under the supervision of intangible cultural heritage artisans. The fresh leaves are instantly sealed through high-temperature drum fixation to preserve their original freshness. Through refined rolling techniques combined with a special pekoe-revealing process, the tea is shaped into its classic pine-needle form with upright tips. Segment gradient drying locks in the aroma, resulting in a deeply layered fragrance and exceptional quality.
Flavor Profile
The tea features tightly wound, slender, and evenly straight strands with a verdant hue and visible pekoe. Once brewed, the liquor is tender green, clear, and luminous, offering a lasting and elevated freshness. On the palate, it is mellow, sweet, and refreshing, with a quick huigan (returning sweetness) that promotes salivation. A delicate floral aroma blends with the wild freshness of the mountains, capturing the essence of a Jiangnan spring.
