Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We have two storage warehouses—one in Bonn, Germany, and one in Mainland China. We will select the best warehouse to ship from based on your order, and we’ll notify you of the fulfillment location once your shipment is arranged. Please expect 2-3 weeks for delivery after placing an order. We fulfill an order as soon as it is packaged up in our Beijing warehouse and shipped to our international shipping agent in Guangzhou, please expect a few days before receiving the international tracking number. All domestic orders shipping to Mainland China will arrive in under 5 business days.
Please also include any necessary information for customs declarations for your country, as we cannot be held responsible if any package is held by customs in your country. If the package is sent back to us, we will re-send the package to you free of extra charge. Many shipping agencies require a phone number for package tracking and verification, we will never distribute this information to any party other than our shipping agent.
For orders that exceed several kilograms, please email us prior to your order to check with our stock and to receive the Wholesale price quote. For wholesale inquiries, please contact us via our contact page with the title of the message ‘Wholesale inquiry’. As we are based in China and have connections with many farms from different regions, we can offer wholesale on teas not currently available on our site depending needs.
Returns
We cannot accept any returns for tea, all sales are final.
Refunds
Full refunds will always be granted if shipping issues prior to the package clearing customs in the receiving country prevent the buyer from receiving their tea. Buyers who have complaints about quality or packaging may also be eligible for a full or partial reimbursement. Reimbursements will be paid back to the same account from whence the purchase came.
Lost Packages
While we will completely compensate any package that has been lost prior to clearing customs in the receiving country, we are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered packages once it has been cleared by the receiving county’s customs and released to the local carrier.
