Hong Gui Ren Black Tea originates from a high-altitude organic base in Anhui (385-625 meters). The granite-weathered soil is rich in minerals, and the tea plants are maintained through manual weeding and the application of rapeseed cake organic fertilizer. In 2023, it was included in the ninth batch of China’s Organic Agricultural Product Base List.
The tea is made from fresh leaves consisting of one bud and one leaf or one bud and two leaves. The dry tea has a dark, tight appearance with a clear and elegant fruity aroma.
Brewing Methods:
Standard tea-to-water ratio: approximately 1:30 – 1:50.
Gaiwan/Small teapot (approx. 110-150ml): 4-5 grams of tea leaves.
Large teapot (500ml): 8-10 grams of tea leaves.
Office cup (300ml): 3-4 grams of tea leaves.
Universal water temperature: 85°C – 95°C.
