Health Benefits of Yellow Tea
Derived from its unique processing method, the “menhuang” (smothering-yellowing) stage results in a tea character that is milder than green tea, reducing irritation to the digestive system while retaining most of the beneficial compounds found in tea leaves.
Product Overview
This yellow tea was developed under the guidance of Lu Chengyin, a tea expert from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Tea Research Institute. Sourced from high-altitude, mist-shrouded, and purely ecological tea gardens, it is characterized by its “honey-yellow liquor and floral honey aroma.”
