Wintersweet Flower Tea
Origin: Eco-Tea Plantations in Chongqing (located in China’s famous tea-producing belt at 800-1200m altitude)
This unique tea is crafted from tender spring tea leaves (plucked at the early “one bud, one leaf” stage) and scented over seven cycles with winter-harvested willow-leaf wintersweet blossoms (Chimonanthus salicifolius). The delicate fragrance of wintersweet is fully absorbed into the tea leaves, resulting in a mellow, subtly sweet infusion with a lingering floral aftertaste.
Brewing Method:
Teaware: Gaiwan and sharing pitcher (fairness cup)
Warm Vessels: Rinse the gaiwan and pitcher with hot water
Tea Quantity: Approx. 5g
Water Temperature: 85-90°C
Steeping Process:
First infusion: 10-15 seconds → pour into pitcher → serve
Subsequent infusions: Increase steeping time by 5-10 seconds per brew
Can be steeped 5-7 times consistently
